Instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Microwave Directions: Remove paper sleeve from microwavable container. Make several slits in the plastic film for vents. Microwave on high for 3 minutes to heat entire package. For 3 oz serving remove from package and heat for 45 seconds.
