Cooking/Smoking Instructions: *Do not over cook internal temperature will continue to rise once roast is removed from cooking source.
Remove roast from packaging, use equal parts salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic. coat the entire roast with seasoning (SPG)
Place seasoned roast fat cap facing up on roasting pan. Pre heat oven to 325 or smoker to 225. Put sheet pan with seasoned roast uncovered in oven and cook until desired internal temp. *Do not over cook internal temperature will continue to rise once roast is removed from cooking source*
Once roast has reached desired internal pull roast from oven tent with foil and let roast rest for at least 30 min before slicing. Do not skip this step let the roast rest before slicing and serving its worth the wait we promise! Pro tip.. drain drippings and juice from pan and introduce back to sliced portions before serving.
