Snow Crab Legs(24oz pack) is named for its meat, which turns from red to snowy white when cooked and boasts a sweet, subtly briny flavor. The texture is firm and tends to be more fibrous (easily shredding into pieces) than king crab. Snow crab leg shells are breakable enough for simply cracking open with your hands.
Cooking instructions: We recommend broiling, grilling, sautéing, or steaming the crab legs. Since these are pre-cooked, you only have to steam, boil, grill, or sauté the crab legs @400 for about four minutes, or until the meat is warmed. Be sure to use this as an opportunity to add some flavor to these crab legs. Try boiling them with butter and garlic and steaming them with seasonings. Once thawed, these legs will keep safely in a refrigerator for two days. They maintain quality and taste for four months in a freezer. Typically, 12oz - 16 oz of crab will serve one person.
